Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Balance payable at time of booking.

EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard accepted.

Christmas/Peak Holidays: (26th Dec – 4th Jan)
6 night minimum on all sites.

Easter:
4 night minimum on all sites.

Long Weekends:
3 night minimum on all sites.

Site:
All requests & preferences are taken into consideration however cannot be guaranteed.

Re-Allocation:
We reserve the right to move bookings to different allocations within the Park.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Peak Periods:

  • Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund or credit for cancellations or changes of dates with less than two weeks’ notice prior to the arrival date.
  • More than 15 days’ notice: Cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Off-Peak Periods:

  • Refunds will be provided minus a fee equivalent to one night’s stay
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund

Deposits:

  • Any deposit paid to secure a booking is non-refundable

Booking Changes:

  • No charge for changing booking dates with more than 14 days’ notice, with the condition that only one change is permitted per booking and it must occur within the next 12 months.
  • Any changes to the number of adults or children that result in a refund will incur a $5 administration fee.

Credits (if offered):

  • At our discretion, payments may be transferred to a client account credit
  • Credit is valid for 12 months from the original arrival date
  • Credit can be used once only and is non-refundable
  • If a rebooked stay is cancelled, the credit will be forfeited

Definitions:

  • Peak Periods: School holidays and long weekends.
  • Off-Peak Periods: All other times.

Additional Information:

  • Arrival time is after 12:00PM aka noon.
  • Departure time is before 10:00 AM.
  • Office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.
  • No refunds on early departures.
  • Full payment for peak period bookings is required one month in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (either via email or letter).
  • Closed on Christmas Day; no check-ins are allowed on this day.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse a booking or to ask guests to leave the park at any time at the managers’ discretion.
