Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Balance payable at time of booking.

EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard accepted.

Christmas/Peak Holidays: (26th Dec – 10th Jan)
6 night minimum on all sites.

Easter:
4 night minimum on all sites.

Long Weekends:
3 night minimum on all sites.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • At least 14 days’ written notice of the cancellation will result in a one night tariff cancellation fee being charged. Remaining money will be refunded or booking can be deferred to another date.
  • If less than 14 days’ written notice is given, the full tariff will be forfeited in full and booking cannot be deferred.

Cancellations must be made in writing – either via email or letter. No refunds on early departures.

If deferring cancelled bookings to future booking dates, the booking date can only be changed once and if  second booking cannot be kept then the whole booking will be forfeited. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of original booking date.

Arrival time is after 11.00am and departure time is before 10.00am.

Office Hours are: 9:00am- 5:00pm, 7 days a week.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking or to ask guests to leave the park at any time at the managers’ discretion.
