Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Christmas/Peak Holidays: (26th Dec – 10th Jan)
6 night minimum on all sites.
Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date.

Easter:
4 night minimum on all sites.

Long Weekends:
3 night minimum on all sites.
A one night deposit on all bookings is required to secure reservations made for the above times. Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of one night’s tariff is required to secure off-peak bookings.
EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

One night tariff deposit is required on all bookings. A booking cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received and receipted.

Deposits are non-refundable or transferable unless:

  • At least 14 days’ written notice of the cancellation will result in a one night tariff cancellation fee being charged. Remaining money will be refunded or booking can be deferred to another date.
  • If less than 14 days’ written notice is given, the full tariff will be forfeited in full and booking cannot be deferred.

Cancellations must be made in writing – either via email or letter. No refunds on early departures.

If deferring canceled bookings to future booking dates, the booking date can only be changed once and if  second booking cannot be kept then the whole deposit will be forfeited. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of original booking date.

Arrival time is after 11.00am and departure time is before 10.00am.

Office Hours are: 9:00am- 5:00pm, 7 days a week.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking or to ask guests to leave the park at any time at the managers’ discretion.
